Home of Hope Builds
frēijē Engineered Solutions Company has participated in 10 Homes of Hope Builds, 2 of which were all frēijē Engineered Solutions Company teammates.
This is when a group flies into San Diego, CA, and drives across the border to one of the Homes of Hope locations. The team is briefed about the plan over the next 2 days and learns background information on the family they’ll be helping. At the job site, you meet the family on the concrete pad and start framing the house. In a short two days, a home is built from the ground up, painted, finished, and filled with supplies to get the family started.
Community Outreach
frēijē puts a heavy focus on giving back to the community. Employees are encouraged to bring volunteer opportunities to the team where we can serve as one.
